The project consists on increasing the number of rooms, the installation of an elevator, and the renovation of several interior spaces. The proposal establishes the relations between the different levels of the building. The project solves the corner of the building facing the new public space.

Principally, the functional program wants to improve the accessibility to an old building by adding an elevator in its configuration, to remove all the architectonical barriers. This elevator is placed in the interior courtyard, and so the different rooms needed for its right functioning. A new entrance hall appears on the ground floor, and terraces on the roof.
However, the height of the building increases by adding a new room to the hotel. This room is linked to the vertical communications volume and to the elevator.
The composition of the façade follows the existing building. The intervention respects de pre-existences of the same building and the urban grid where it is located.
