This multi-disciplinary project combines architecture, urbanism and landscape design. The assignment is to elaborate a Special Urban Plan to set the proper premises to fully adequate a large plot, according to the activities that are being developed on its holiday camp and youth hostel, by the integration with landscape and environment and organizing the future constructions.
The plot is located on a rich landscape environment, in Sallent, just a few kilometers to the west of the village of Santa Pau, at the Garrotxa district. The existing values are preserved and maintained in the major part of the lot, since the intervention area of the Plan affects only less than a third of the total surface of the property.
