The proposal comes defined by a pre-established volume regulation, and it’s based in 2 blocks hanging over a ground floor basement. The access to the apartments is made trough a passage linked to the green area at the back side. Given the volume regulation defined by the urban planning, the proposal is to arrange the three story buildings as suspended blocks above a basement which is the ground floor. In order to achieve that, the commercial space is enlarged in its western side. This basement creates a passage for the four dwelling blocks, built on an axis perpendicular to it, and serves as an entrance for them, at the same time it relates the commercial space with the back side green area. The entrance to the apartments is made from the pedestrian axis, accessing the upper floors thought a central communication block. There are 4 apartments in each floor: 2 A type (70m²) and 2 B type (60m²). All the housing program is solved with only 3 apartments types: A (12), B (12) and C (2).
